Derek is happy with the Facebook Stock Feed.
Not a problem client at all but DD has not gone through for the last two months. Owes €243.54
Called Dereks mobile but got a foreign tone. Spoke to Kevin in the garage and he said he is in Florida until late next week.
Turns out to be a simple case of a new bank account anyway. Kevin said he will get Derek to call us with the new bank details on his return.
Will pass this to John to look after from here.
Speaking to Kevin about the Direct Debt. Derek is not back from his holidays until the 18/01/2016.
Will follow up with Derek next Tuesday.
Kevin apologised for getting his dates wrong. Derek will not be back in the office until Wednesday afternoon (20/01/16).

Spoke with Derek about the new mandate. Said he would pay the balance in full. Awaiting email or text with mandate screenshot.
New DD Mandate received. Sent email to all parties involved.
