hasnt forgotten me, knows they invoices are strecthing back a while but her boss Jim Ryan that needs to pass the payments folder is dragging his heels cause they are so busy. She sounds exasperated so I will leave her be for a few days no worries that payment is on the way here.

Finally got sorted here. Karen didnt call me back directly she got Linda who know looks after the Spirit Burton stuff to call me back. Very nice and very apologetic about us being left on the hook so long.
Sending all invoices back to August, statement of account + our bank details to [email protected]
She will pay balance of €1,094.70 right away by EFT and will add us as a monthly payee by EFT going forward.
Invoices are now to go to [email protected] going forward, Anthony advised.
EFT arrived in with Anthony, account back up to date and we will receive monthly EFT going forward.
