Tried Mark again to confrim that he has cancelled his SO but again - no answer. Will keep trying
Mark said that he cancelled the S/O.
Mark said that he will ring me later as he needs to be trained on the Branding.
Peter has been dealing with this for last two weeks and he has been trying him.
Mark said that he will ring me tomorrrow.
I sent Mark an email to set up suitable to call him Monday about the branding.
Seems to have been sold branding there are frames on the system but no branding on the cars.
DD didnt work last month and it looks like he cancelled DD instead of standing order.
Peter sold branding originally, Colm was supposed to finish off but hasnt. Lots of cleaning up to do here.
Seems to have cancelled both DD & S/O, hopefully by mistake:
He owes €233.52 not including December invoice of €129.06. That would total €362.58
Tried landline & mobile a couple of times today, no joy will keep chasing.
Same again all numbers ringing out.
Finally got talking to Mark but was busy and as me to call back around 4pm tomorrow. Think ignorant as usual.
Owes €362.58 to this point and we need another replacement DD.
Response not an issue here getting lots of e-mails all the time. 2 good mails in Jan so far + 3 in December.
Just a tough man to deal with.
As suspected both old S/O and new DD both got cancelled at the same time by mistake. Got new DD signed by Mark and filling in the same bank details.
Will set back up from here.
Just checked with Mark what he wanted to do in relation to the arrears and he says take it all right away its not a problem.

Mark signed up for branding with Colm back in November. Is yet to use it.
Colm chased plenty and then both myself and Alan Campbell have offered training on a number of occassions. Frames are on the system, upgrade is in place and he knows its there.
We didnt push it to hard as he was starting to get annoyed with to many calls.
Leaving it sit, ball is in his court. Has the upgrade, the frames and knows the training is available.
Just hasnt started using it.
