Cavanaghs of Charleville (you will get directions to our premises here) has a long and proud tradition in the motoring business in Munster. Set up in 1968 by Tom Cavanagh along with dealerships in Fermoy and Cork, the Charleville branch was taken over by current Dealer Principal, Martin Condon, in 1987.

Martin and his team built up the business steadily adding the Hyundai franchise to the existing Ford business towards the end of the nineties. Of course we don't just provide new cars as we have over 100 used cars on site at all times and offer state of the art workshop and car servicing facilities.

We service and repair all car models and light commercials. All work is carried out according to manufacturers specifications and all work is guaranteed.

What's included in a Standard Service?
Included in our Standard Car Service for €129.00 your oil and oil filter will be changed and a full electronic vehicle health check with a printed report will be carried out on your car. Only genuine parts are used throughout. Also the oil used is high grade 5W30 Fully Synthetic Castrol Oil which is important as using an oil of a lower spec could damage your engine or turbo.

Your car will be subjected to a full Electronic Vehicle Health Check which will be given to you in report format highlighting any current or future work that may have to be carried out.

We at Cavanaghs have a tailor-made NCT Pre Test designed to highlight the most common potential NCT fail points.

Our complete NCT Pre Test is a Health check on your vehicle that will highlight any areas in need of repair in order to pass the NCT test. At a cost of just €49.00, this check covers the most common NCT fail points and ensures that your car will be right on the day. Items covered include:

    Rolling Road check

    Focus Lights

    Emmissions Levels

    Brake Pads & Tyre thread depth

If any further areas are in need of repair they will be brought to your attention and an estimate given prior to any work being carried out.
