Q: Do you take vehicles in part exchange?
A: Yes. We will be glad to give you a professional valuation of your trade in vehicle at the point of appraisal.
Q: Can I arrange a test drive?
A: Yes. No obligation test drives can be arranged via a simple telephone call, email or at the point of browsing round at our stock.
Q: The Exact vehicle I require is not available on your stock list. Are you able to source the vehicle I require with my exact preference of specification, for example colour, mileage etc?
A: With over 20 years experience in the automotive sector, simply supply us with your budget, choice of vehicle, specification and colour and we will do the rest.
Q: I want to sell my vehicle and have no idea of it's value or how to go about disposing of it. Can you help?
A: We can either purchase your vehicle outright or sell it on a brokerage basis, either way taking the hassle and anxiety away from yourselves.
Q: I want to reserve a vehicle you have in stock but cannot get to your premises to view it for 5 days, how can I reserve it until then?
A: We offer a unique 'free' service available to all customers that allows you to reserve any vehicle with a £200.00 payment which is completely returnable upon arrival should you choose not to proceed with your purchase!
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: We accept all major credit cards subject to 5% surcharge of the purchase price . The following methods do not include a surcharge all personal and business debit cards, bankers drafts, personal cheques and cash. ( Please note all bankers drafts and personnel cheques must have been cleared and verified before the vehicle can be released.
Q: If a leave a deposit can I collect the vehicle at a later date?
A: We offer a unique deposit service where you can leave a non refundable deposit and as long as you collect the vehicle within that time frame the vehicle will held safely and securely for you. Option1. Deposit €350 car held for 7 days, option2. €750 car held for 14 days, option 3. 50% of purchase price held for 28days
Q: What does your free 3 month/3000 klms warranty cover?
A: Major Mechanical breakdown of The Engine and Gearbox Only (Automatic & Manual). Brakes, Clutch, Differential, Front-wheel drive, Rear-wheel drive, Engine cooling system, Electrical system, Timing belts, Oil Leaks, Cv Joints, Suspension Etc. are Strictly not covered.
Q: Do you do a Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to my new purchase prior to delivery?
A: Yes. In fact your new purchase will undertake a full Safety check/Pre-delivery inspection prior to delivery/Collection.
Q: Can I make an appointment to view a car after hours
A: We will always try to accommodate you wherever possible, please call to discuss.
