We aim to take away the headaches so often associated with car buying and so we have created a dedicated car sourcing service just for you! Once you have submitted details of your car sourcing requirements our sales team will be sure to offer the best options to suit your choice of car for the best price.
We offer a very unique Car Sourcing Service whereby we put a very big Effort into “ticking all the boxes” when it comes to our customer’s needs. We are unique because we listen to our customer’s requests very specifically. We provide options to each and every customer based on the information they have given us.
We will send an email with each option, providing:
1. Photos of interior & exterior of each vehicle.
2. Exact mileage.
3. Accurate service history account.
4. Simi car history check that provides finance and insurance checks on all our vehicles.
5. Physical appraisal from our buyer in the UK who has over 30 years’ experience in the motor industry.
6. Accurate breakdown of pricing structure including VRT (Vehicle Registration Tax), breakdown etc.
7. Trade in appraisal where applicable.
8. Accurate breakdown of the overview of the deal including, but not limited to; price, warranty, servicing, valeting etc.
In general, the customer walks on to our forecourt and if we don’t have anything to suit their needs, then we would offer to get a car that they actually want rather than see them purchase a car for the sake of it. Our customers are delighted that we will actually take the time to “source” them a used car as in most cases they are limited to what they can buy in the used car market.
The customer like the colour but the mileage might be too high or vice versa, for instance. They may require diesel instead of the petrol model they are seeing in the forecourt & this is where we step in with a dedicated approach to car sourcing.
Once the deal is agreed and the car in question has passed all of the relevant checks we arrange transport, which takes circa 5 to 7 days. Once the car arrives, it takes 24 to 48 hours turn-around time to arrange VRT (Vehicle Registration Tax), where required, and Servicing, Valeting etc.
We find people like to be able to choose their pre-owned car as opposed to just purchasing because they could not get anything else to suit their needs.
