I trained Niall on the Branding and he seems very happy with it.

Control Panel Sync by John Havel on 8th April 2016, 10:35

Niall said he hasn’t used the control panel in a while as he only has 7 cars uploaded. Explained the importance of syncing the control as his leads will drop off, even with 7 cars… Said he would sync the control panel and no issues to report.

Back up to date by Ger Toher on 15th April 2016, 15:10

Niall had been running into updating issues. He takes the photos on the iPad and his computer wont recognise that iPad. Hence a stumbling block. I had given him mobile control panel access direct on the iPad before but he found it slow and discarded it. Tried with no avail to get computer to recognise the IPad. Only option for the desktop is a new PC or a digital camera.

Went down the route of the iPad again and while not really quick its only about 10 seconds per photo. With 7 cars this will work. Stored his log-ins and added to homescreen of iPad.

He is happy again, has done a sync and is working away to get things back up to date.

Removing Branding Upgrade by Ger Toher on 19th May 2016, 16:34

Niall is struggling at the moment and needs to reduce his costs. He only has 5 cars and is struggling to keep the doors open.

Wants to remove the €20 branding upgrade from his account for the moment until he is back on his feet.

Said he will certainly be getting it back if he gets his stock back up consistently over 10 cars.

Disabled branding upgrade and notified Anthony.
