One of Dereks dealers with no updates in over 30 days. Chasing Pat about it.
Had been chasing Pat about lack of updates. Was having problems with the control panel but this is now sorted. He is back up and running and made it clear he can contact me on the mobile going forward as Derek is no longer with us.
Pats original standing order signed for Derek has not worked for 6 months. He owes €538.74 including vat. Calling him to chase arrears and try to get a new dd or credit card. No answer on Pats mobile just rang out. Is updating regularly. Has recieved 11 quality e-mail enquirys in last 3 months.
Got Pat this time, he was aware standing order wasnt working as he had changed back account. Has only just got a new business account set up with AIB. Sending down a statement of account and new mandate and he says he will get it sorted by the end of the week. Sending mandate ref #1810
Chasing Pat again a couple of times today, phone just rings and rings and then I get cut off.
Has recieved 3 further quality e-mail enquirys since we spoke on Dec 1rst. Updated on 21/12/14 also.
Got Pat this time, says he didnt get new account details before Christmas due to messing with the bank. Says he hopes to have them before close of play today and wil call me with the details.
Pat said that he will be sending a Direct Debit mandate back this week asked me to call him tomorrow and he will get the details sorted.

Pat said that he will send the mandate tomorrow he has all the details and he wants us to take the arrears out in the 3 months with the Direct Debit.

Pat didnt answer and he has promised several times to send the new Direct Debit mandate and has not done it. I am now writing to Mick to tell him to deactivate the account. Hopefully that will get a response.

John went from €79+vat per month to €129+vat per month in the price increase.
Only really has 17 or 18 cars and leaves a few sold ones up which has him over 20.
Going to stay with us on bronze 1-20 @ 99+vat.
