Eoin rang in, his antivirus, bullguard, removed the cars ireland control panel. After a number of attempts we managed to get a copilot session working. I installed the new control panel and added c:\carsireland.ie folder and short cut to the exception list.
How to add to list:
open bullguard, antivirus, advanced, add folders/file to exception list.
