Pauric has direct debit mandate and has said he would send it back. Yet to get anything from him. Will continue to take credit card payments as agreed untill he instructs us otherwise.
spoke to Pauric regaring his credit card declining the payment.
he wants to pay via direct debit. new form emailed to [email protected]. however he is only in the process of setting up the bank a/c. Also in the process of becoming a ltd said he will want to make changes to the name on the a/c and the name on the dealer website + email address. he is to come back to us when these are sorted.

The credit card that we have for this account is not working. The expiry date for the card was March 2017 so the last 3 payments have not gone through.
Have called Pauric more than 5 times, left voicemail etc. with no return contact.
Hopefully he calls back when he sees control panel is paused.
Pauric has paid up to date so his control panel is active again.
