PC date is resetting to 2010 every day. Spoke to Yanna and told him how to sync using internet time. Advised him to replace CMOS battery, but he prefers to reset when he needs to.

Had not been an update here since November over 3 months so dropped in while in Waterford this morning. New man uploading the cars. Yanniss is the name fairly computer literate but was not very clued in on our system. Re-trained from scratch and emphasized importance of sync button, deal of the week, featured cars etc. Had a problem reg for a Mercedes 2010 C200 problem is at our end and Mike is sorting it now.

Chasing regarding no uploads YET AGAIN got talking to Eddie when I called for Yanniss. He says he doesnt think there are any problems he just hasnt got around to it. Will remind Yanniss stock is out of date and will get him to do it. Wont hold my breath.

Colm: Eddie said that he will get Yanniss to call me.

Got this one of the 90 day list again, trained up another new guy but the sharpest one yet. Andrew is his name stock is updated and plenty of new cars added.

Eddie on phone asking about the e-mail [email protected] listed on his website and querying that he does not use it and uses [email protected]. This e-mail is listed on both CarsIreland and his dealer site and was set up by Alan Campbell at the time website went live. It was set up at the fron desk computer for Yannis and Chris. They havent been checking it and loads of unread e-mails and sales enquirys on the system.

Alan has set up one inbox on eddies PC for both [email protected] & [email protected] and downloaded all of his unread e-mails. Eddie is happy out now, over 150 unread enquirys not on his inbox including 19 in January alone.

Eddie happy now and stock is up to date which can often be a problem here!

Eddie called me back and said that the girl in the office said on Friday sent it he asked me to call tomorrow.

Eddie said the woman in the office posted it off today.

On failed DD list for last two months.

Eddie has closed down business on the Cork Road.

Will be re-opening soon in a new location so will put account on hold until then.
