TRYING TO CANCEL by Ger Toher on 16th November 2015, 10:46

Ray called up to cancel account as he is taking a step back from the business himself and there is no one to take up the reigns for Paddy in terms of uplaoding etc.

Only has 5 cars, getting very little but showed some interest in keeping website live.

Took a few weeks but agreed a deal of €50+vat per month going forward to keep them on the site. Agreed that if things pick up for them again and stock increases past 10 cars they will revert to €73+vat.

Informing Mick to change credit card payment amount from €73+ to €50+ for the time being.

Proper gone now, Ray no longer working with Paddy. Paddy only has couple of cars and not able to or interested in uploading website himself so they want to close account.

Ray likely to appear somewhere else soon so we should get him back shortly.

Hi Mick,
These guys tried to cancel back in October because Ray was leaving the business. I convinced them to hang on at the time and get someone else to upload the stock. It hasn't worked out, they only have two cars online and haven't been using the site accept to remove stuff since January.
Ray is gone now completely and they want to close the account as Paddy only has a car or two max. The last two credit card payments didn't go through and I don't think we have much chance of getting that money.
Ray is going to reappear very shortly in his own setup so I don't want any fall out.
