SW John, says he spoke to someone in here in December and explained that he would be closed for December & January.
No one came back to him appearently and true to his word he has not used the system since.
Missed two DDs for insuffecient funds so they will have to be written off. We wont invoice him in January and then his account will return to normal from the first of Feb on.
