Tried installing a control panel on Darren's computer but something went wrong with the upload process. Set him up with the web control panel instead.

Darren asked for email outlining the extra data. Make sure to use Att: Billy in the subject line as he is looking after the uploads and sales.
Sold the finance widget back in Feb and started the pitch with his 37 enquiries.. to be told he cancelled the finance widget! No notes on system...!

Spoke with everyone in the office and nobody claimed to have spoken with Darren! Also spoke to Alan who hadn't dealt with Darren in a while.
No notes on the system! Anthony from accounts hadn't been informed to remove the extra €20. Weird as the form had been taken down from the website and text changed!
Liam was the last person to speak with Darren according to the notes, pitching SEO. I called Darren again today to discuss the Extra Data. Asked who he was speaking with regarding the removal of the Finance Form. Said he'd been speaking to a guy about SEO and asked him to remove it. Couldn't remember the guys name but thinks it was Liam.
Also emailed Memphis and he thinks it was Liam who asked him to remove the Finance Form.
All very strange as I spoke to Liam and even replied to my email...
