Finally got [email protected] set up. Have updated e-mail for enquires and also on the dealer website.

Diarmuid from Diarmuid French Motors Ltd said that he is not getting the response he wanted from CarsIreland.ie this year and he said that he has barely sold 2 cars all year from it. I checked his email enquires from the 1st of January till today and he has 11 emails. I said I would call him Tuesday with a report.

Flaws in presentation:

Basic or no descriptions on most cars

No videos on cars & inconsistent main photos

16 e-mails this year,241 website referrals.

Quite a few ads, descriptions starts with the word Sold that must be changed right away.

Main problem is all stock is nearly Corollas.

A lot of very high mileage vehicles,10 of stock list have over 90,000 miles and they are not competitively priced.

Dealer website traffic is really good, growing all the time, with sept just gone a record month.

Just short of 4000 website visitors.

Performing really well on all Google targets Skibbereen, Clonakilty & Bandon.

Spoke to Diarmuid, pointed out all the improvements advised above. Explained how well his own website is performing and how much of his local business is down to that.

Took all my points on board to improve response from the classifieds and he is going to put them into action.
