Following up with Joan here in relation to getting e-mails set up on Johns i-phone and also cars not being updated regulalry as I would like. The e-mails are now set up and working on Johns i-phone. Lads were having some issue putting cars on the site on Saturday. I told her to call me on my mobile anytime if their are any outstanding issues in relation to e-mails, control panels, photos etc and I would get her sorted. She was very happy I took the time to make the call and says she will chase PJ to be uploading at least once a week and if their are any issues she will contact me directly on the mobile.

John called up Friday 1/8/2014 to cancel complaining site didnt work for him, no response etc. Asked for a few days over bank holiday to investigate and come back to him.

Very poor upload record from 20/3/2014 to April 10th only had one car. Then from April 11th to end of may they had 13 cars this also corresponds with their highest volume of e-mail enquirys. 6 from April 28th to May 6th.

Have agreed to take no payment this coming month and asked John to put all 23 of his cars in stock on site asap. Once up if he does not get enquirys in the next 30 days fair enough but if he does they will stay with us.

Advised Mick DD is on hold. Will chase John to get all cars up and then monitor 30 days from there.

Can you remove his website: http://www.jcarrollcarsales.ie/
Remove his stock from CarsIreland.ie and cut off his e-mail.
We had his direct debit on hold, that can now be cancelled permanently.
You may remember he called to cancel about 5 weeks ago, we compromised and put D/D on hold and he was to load all his stock on the site correctly and keep up to date for a month and if he got response ,to stay on the site. Despite me calling him every few days to remind him to do this, he hasn’t. Admitted this morning that he isn’t going to take the time to do it either. Too busy with repairs to care.
