kevin just wanted the email setup as [email protected] and this to forward to [email protected]
Kevin contacted me to cancel his account because he was 'getting no sales' from us and all the sales that he is gaining online are coming from donedeal.
I pointed out the fact that he hasn't 'synced' in 34 days, he has a VW Golf for sale with only one pictiure (which is a hugely popular car searched on CarsIreland), he has a Ford Focus diesel which again ticks all boxes re: Car make/model and diesel.
He then told me that all the cars on CarsIreland have already been sold and he hasn't updated because he had given up on us..
I advised him on the obvious - add your stock, more pictures, sync daily, competitive pricing etc
I also told him to contact donedesl and get the Import Tool installed - thereby saving him uploading his fresh stock twice.
I offered him the Facebook stock feed widget for free and he is willing to stay with us and see how things work out - I will need to monitor his updating and compare/contrast his list of stock with donedeal

I rang this guy (Peter’s guy) to try and save the situation. I pointed out the fact that he has not updated in 30 days and that three of the cars have no pics.
He said he has no time to upload to it (he is using the mobile cp and finds it a disaster). I told him the process to follow and he kept cutting across me saying that he had made up his mind and nothing would change his mind. He only has 6 cars so I asked him was price and issue, he said no and that he just wants to sell on done deal. I went through upsells that we could offer for free and he said he had no interest and will not be updating anymore even if he had a free month.

Has tried to cancel quite a few times in the last few months of 2015. Didnt yet and is still paying and back updating so looks ok for the minute.
Got 19 good e-mail since sign up in July 2015, also got 1 4th of Jan 16.
Got a couple of e-mails since we begged him to stay so looks to be persevering. Still lots of cars without photos will be an issue and we have advised him as such.
Has 2x Facebook pages - disabled one, changed website link and moved cars for sale tab to correct page
