Hi Lads,

He has tried to cancel on 4 four occasions since initial sign up and we saved him the first 3 times. No joy this time.
Please cancel the account for billing right away.

Ian has only got these 30 cars on CI right now and has a dedicated phone number. Says yes that he gets a couple of emails each month and a couple of calls but no where near enough to justify his monthly cost with us.
Says main source of leads is done deal then CZ then us. Explained how crucial his beautiful website was to that success from Done Deal but says he can get a website anywhere and he is willing to take the risk.
SEO on the site was just kicking in and response was actually decent he simply must be getting calls. Expect to get him back in the not distant future.
