I spoke to Tom Murphy and he expressed his wish to suspend his CarsIreland.ie account until the new year. He said that he was happy with the service and his reasons for suspending are to “do with something else entirely”.
He sounded genuine in his intent to reactivate the account in January 2016

Toms payment for October came out just after his cancellation. Thought we were charging him in advance for November. Total hot head, called us robbers threatened Joe Duffy etc. But after a number of calls, sending statement of account etc. he now knows we did not rob him and he is happy enough.
Hopefully comes back on in January, we couldnt of been more patient with him.
