No answer from Jim today - was going to get payment and also get him to update, take better photos and commit to a regular schedule for payment

Jims direct debit not working often enough and arrears building up.

He is uncontactable most of the time and hasnt updated since October.

He owes substantial arrears.

Have instructed Anthony to cease billing but to contine to try an take arrears owed on what is stil a functioning direct debit.

Have sent request to Stephen to deactivate dealer, remove stock and dealer website. No email associated to this account.
