Hi Alan
Can you contact Vladimir and make an appointment for next week to discuss
1) simple brochure website for their car repairs / workshop business
2) refresh of northwestautos.ie (you take control and suggest changes)
3) refresh of cashforcar.ie (keep in simple)
As he is long standing customer promised him the car repairs website for 450+vat
refreshes for the other sites are free of charge.

Hi Natasha,

Thanks for taking the call earlier,

As discussed, there seems to be some confusion regarding your monthly CarsIreland.ie invoice.

The direct debit we get for €119+vat monthly is to cover the provision, maintenance, hosting and emails for the 4 websites below and was cancelled in January and has not run since:

http://www.turbochargers.ie/

http://www.nctpass.ie/

This monthly charge is not for listings on CarsIreland.ie but for the provision of the websites above.

As it stands there is €439.11 inc vat outstanding on the account. We need to get the payment method back up and running to prevent the arrears getting any larger.

We need to rectify this by the end of the month or unfortunately the accounts team will temporarily take down the 4 websites until the issue is resolved.

Your help with this is appreciated.
