As discussed, to move forward we need to switch your account from the old standing order payment method to a new direct debit. Attached in the direct debit mandate I require to make the change. If you can fill this in and scan back the completed copy that would be mush appreciated.
As soon as you have sent back the new mandate please have Linda go ahead and cancel the existing standing order with immediate effect. I will then get any incorrect invoice from last month corrected at my end and reduced to the agreed rate of €99+vat per month.

Moved to €99+vat in restruture. Refused to switch to DD and instead agreed to switch amount on standing order to correct amount €121.77.
Small amount of arrears credited as a result but they will pay standing order at correct amount going forward.
