Standing order was originally setup weekly as oppossed to monthly on this account. They were overpaying for a period and ran up a big credit on the account.
That standing order was stopped to let the credit run through. The credit ran out in February so I am now approaching for a new dd.
Updating regular and maintaining site so no obvious issues there. Plenty of enquirys also so shouldnt be a major issue.
Called Cieran, didnt even get to explain call was under pressure with customers asked for call back tomorrow, will do.

Trying to get new mandate again. Spoke with Loretta this time, Cieran & Martina not there. She says Martina is the woman to sort this for me. Explained the reason for my call and she will have Martina call me in the morning when she returns.
Finally a result here, new mandate ref number 2430 sent across to Martina. She will return completed scan to me right away.
