Chasing PJ about lack of uploads, Paul is long gone and the Sales manager Sean hasnt been updating the site. He is telling PJ he is not doing it because he is not getting any reponse. PJ agreed that it was fair comment when I said that how could he get anything with it out of date. Agreed to get it up to date for a month and if it works he will stick with us. Problem I have is Sean wont do the work.

Has 30 cars on done deal and they are up to date need to get him to upload to us and use import tool.

Also has wrong website listed on done deal www.moynehallrenault.ie instead of www.moynehallcarsales.ie

These guys are back up and running and SEAN SMITH is the man to talk too. He has updated the stock, contacted skupenet and got set up with the import tool and now using us to upload all sites.

I am now making updates to the website and have advised Sean that the wrong website is listed on his done deal ads www.moynehallrenault.ie

He says he will get this updated but I have asked Mick to try and nab the domain for SEO purposes anyway and he is going to lodge an application. Checked e-mail with Sean also and the correct one is listed above.

Will follow up with SEAN further once website is updated.

Made a number of changes to the website to give it a fresh look, ran through all upgrades with Sean and he is happy. Made it clear that if he needs anything else or any changes to the site to call me on the mobile right away. Advised him yet again that wrong website is listed on donedeal www.moynehallrenault.ie and he says he has asked them to update it.

Mick managed to register www.moyenhallrenault.ie and that is now re-directed to the new website www.moynehallcarsales.ie.

Good thing too as ads on done deal as expected are still listing this old domain.

Standing Order has not been working for last few months and PJ owes €319.44 in arrears. Was speaking with Sean and they are very happy with site since I made the updates and got them set up and re-trained so shouldnt be a problem here. Called PJ with a customer and asked me to call him back!

Spoke with PJ and made aware of problem with standing order. Apologised for not having recieved payment and said he would get a new mandate filled out right away. Sending across new mandate now and advised to post back the original.

Ref # for replacement mandate is 1824

Collected replacement DD from PJ. Agreed to spead arrears of €319.44 over the coming months.

Currently pays €66+Vat per month.

Now moved from Standing Order to D/D

Rang and PJ answered and asked for me to call Monday in rleation to canceling the Standing Order

PJ said that he will tell Anne to cancel the Standing Order.

Anne said that she has canceled the Standing Order but she will make sure again.

Paul is considering the branding

Paul said that he is ok for the moment.

PJ is out but will be back in an hour for the rest of the day
