Original standing order has not been working. It worked in october but not for a few months before that. He owes €448.95 inc vat. Updates are not a problem, nor e-mails they are getting loads.
Spoke with Robert and explained situation he says Lousie in accounts will sort this out for me. Told me to call her in 15 minutes as she is just processing a finance application.
Spoke with Louise, very helpfull. I am sending across new mandate to be posted back and she is going to transfer across arrears direct to bank account. New dd ref # 1812

Got credit card details from Louise to clear arrears, taking payment of €448.95. She is posting replacement mandate now and we should recieve by Thursday.
Chasing replacement mandate again. Louise is finished for Christmas not back until the new year.
Followed up with Lousie for replacemnet mandate again. As you would imagine she forgot all about it over the break. Resent mail and she says she will rectify it right away. Has already cleared arrears by credit card.
Still recieved no mandate from Louise, chased again and she claims she didnt recieve e-mail last week. I imagine that is not true but I resent 3 times with different subject bars and told her to call me right back if she had not recieved it.
Still chasing this bloody new mandate, she is adamant she sent it on Monday but we have nothing. I have requested a scan of the completed mandate.
Arrears here back up to €269.37 chasing Louise repeatedly but still no new mandate. Have asked can we use credit card going forward but have not got go ahead on that as yet.
Still no solution here and now owes another month. Got talking to Robert about this and expalined the situation he doesnt understand what problem there might be but I have told him we want to use credit card going forward. He is going back to the garage now and will call me back with solution!
Got credit card details from Louise. Arrears cleared for Dec, Jan, Feb & March. Advised Robert & Louise we will be using credit card as payment method going forward unless they advise otherwise. If they want to switch to DD they can return mandate I supplied to them at any point.
Paul said that he sent in a cheque today for the amount of €89.79.
Spoke with Robert. Not interested in the Facebook widget at this time as his kids update his Facebook account.
Robert was keen... but has no interest in paying €25+Vat a month.
Spoke to Robert about the Live Chat. Sent email with examples and will follow up next week.
Owes us 1090 euro + a new direct debit after some crazy behaviour over the last few weeks. Has already said they would send cheque and new DD a couple of times and has not done it.
Has swore that she will post cheque and new DD this morning. If we dont have it by Thursday I am cutting off email, website etc. for the long weekend as they have had ten chances.

We turned site, stock, emails etc. all back on this morning and I have called Robert to make sure he is happy that everything is back working. Didnt answer but left message on above.

We should give these guys 6 weeks before we try to upsell, this accounts messing on there end has caused a strained relationship with Paul & Louise.

Heads up, I instructed Anthony to pause all future invoicing on Byrne Car Sales account. I have blocked the dealers access to Uploader and hid the stock on CarsIreland.ie. Haven't taken the site down yet.
