Spoke to Terry yesterday and advised him that his stock has gone missing from cz. He will talk to them.
Agreed to trial imap for [email protected]. Setup Terry's own computer with this. Still to do the other computer, phone, etc.
Setup another Gmail account in Outlook on Terry's laptop, so he can collect his sent items from when he was using Gmail.

Spoke to Terry earlier - he was missing chats and not getting any notification or archive of any messages customers left. This had been disabled on the system for some reason. Fixed this, and also changed icon to the smaller one as he complained that the arm eye-catcher wasalso too obstrusive. Attempted to call back to confirm but unable to get him so far

Made a host of changes to the Live Chat config for Terry - reinstated the arm, changed to yellow, arranged for all chats to be forwarded to email and created a variable so that all visitors are prompted to add mobile number - best I could do on the basic package. Will monitor.
