| Welcome Text | N18 Autos is located in Newmarket on Fergus, Co Clare. The business was established in 2008 and was taken over by me, Michael Breen, in January 2010. Since then it has developed and built a reputation for Quality Used Cars at very competitive prices. We specialise in sourcing and supplying low mileage cars and particularly diesel vehicles. Every vehicle is thoroughly checked as part of our servicing routine by fully qualified and Experienced Technicians. We have a policy of ensuring that every vehicle has a Current NCT and in the majority of cases would have a full 12 or 24 Month NCT (depending on the age profile of the Vehicle) For total PEACE OF MIND, a full Cartell Report is provided with each car sold, this ensures that mileage is correct and its not subject to any damage. Sinead spotted that Michaels website had been hacked with some lude content appearing in the menu bar etc. Gave him a call out of courtesy to let him know and he appreicated that. Told him to get on to to his designer and ask them to sort this out. Took the chance to mention that if they cant fix the issue that we can always provide a new site for him.
Was about to call to pitch FB and I noticed site down - called customer and he confirms that he cannot contact his host to resolve. Offered to get Ger to call him to see if we can do something for him. Sent mail to Ger.
Spoke to Michael about site problems. The old site (which we powered stock on) went down and the company that were hosting if have become uncontactable. It looks like domain www.n18autos.ie was just not renewed.
Good opportunity for us to lock in Michael even further with the website. He was very appreciative of the call and the offer and will probably take us up on it.
Could be moving premises over the Christmas break and does not want to do anything on website until his new location is figured out.
He said he will call me right after Christmas to take us up on the offer of the website and give us details of new location.
Suits us fine as Memphis would not have been able to get another brief done this side of Christmas.
