Great to talk to you earlier, below is some current information on how the Gowan Group are performing on CarsIreland.ie and also the pricing for the package on offer. 


 


The figures below are for the period 1/7/2014 to 31/10/2014.

NB. The e-mail totals noted above are after all duplicates and spam e-mails have been removed.


 


The formula we use to extrapolate the total contacts (Including phone calls & walk-ins) is to multiply the e-mail total by 5. It is a conservative multiplier based on feedback from a sample of our dealers. Each year we ask 3 independent and 3 franchised dealers in different locations around the country to track every single contact from CarsIreland for a 30 day period and we estimate based on that feedback. Its obviously far from exact but we use it to highlight the importance of customer calls and walk-ins as opposed to focusing purely on e-mail contacts.
