Kieran called up last week thinking of cancelling the site. Feels he is getting nothing from CarsIreland, only from Done Deal and is paying us essentially for the website. Also has just signed up with Carzone and they are offering him an 8 car deal with a free website. I stressed strongly the flaws with this offer and that it is not like for like.
Going to put together new site with all the bells and whistles, extra data, reviews, Facebook stock feed etc, and hopefully that will be enough to keep him. Was also looking for a price reduction but explained 73 was our lowest rate and we couldnt go lower than that.
Once site re-design is done will attack poor photos, pricing etc.

Ciaran has now said that he dosent want to do the branding after agreeing to it. I have sent Mike accross an email to take the branding off.
Removed frames, disabled branding and photo editing in all workstation settings.
Pitched and sold finance to Ciaran.
Called Ciaran and was having a little moan about the response from CarsIreland. I explained we try and drive traffic to his website and that there is still some enquiries from emails.
