One of Micks guys, I have changed him to my name as I am looking after his price restructure complaints.
Sean went from €49.39 to €179+vat in the increase.
Cancelled his DD and stopped using the site immediately. We have had quite a few conversations to try find a solution without success. I have left him sit for a while and no change.
I have offered him to stay on at €99+vat going forward on a new DD as a final offer. He is to think about it tonight and I am to call himself or Sarah in the morning at 10am for an answer.
I will be surprised if he does not stay with us on that deal.
Staying on board @ 99+vat per month.
