Kevin gave me personal account details when set up originally. Sent on new business account details for d/d by text but has yet to send back completed new mandate.

Have explained that payments will continue to come out of existing account details until he returns new mandate with new account info.

Some payments were missed but is back up to date now barring one payment. Is having issues uplaoding photos from HTC phone to computer also which he claims is why stock is not up to date. Have orgainised for Alan Campbell to look at this.

Kevin was having some uploading issues with photos, Alan has been tryin to help him out but not getting much co-operation. No new stock for 24 days so I have called again to make myself avaialble to get any issues uploading photos sorted and the ball is now in his court to take the time with us to sort it.

Called into Kevin today while down in Galway signing up Oran Autos Ltd which is right behind his premises. Tackled him once again over the lack of updates. Says its totally his fault he has just been too lazy to do it. Finds Done Deal really east to do as he can upload using the iPhone. Stressed how well the site is going and that if he would just take the short time needed to get stock up he is going to get results. Says he will do it but has said the same before. Not much more I can do with this particluar dealer its down to him. Is happy with website, its all over signage, uses logo we designed for his branding and gets lets of calls on valeting and van hire through the site.

Still no updates from Kevin, chased again and he says its totally his fault and he will get around to doing it. Not an option to get his stock from anywhere else as he is only on done deal. Will continue to chase every couple of weeks till he does the job.

Kevin was talking to Alan, uses iPhone to take photos for cars and always runs into problems when moving photos from the phone to the computer.

Going to give him mobile control panel so he can cars direct from phone and that should keep him happy.

Colm: Kevin wants a Control Panel on his mobile and I have contacted Alan to do so.

Kevin now setup with the mobile control panel. Also raised issue that his account is way out of date money wise. Direct Debit has not worked for a while and as of today he owes us €359.

Chasing Kev about no payment last few months again. Didnt answer left a voicemail. Has started to update regularly so no issue there but this guy is a joker!

I was talking to Kevin who said that he hasnt used this in ages and said that Ger knows all about it and then said to call him back as he is busy.

I rang and his phone rang out.

Once again the phone rang out.

Kevin said that he will send a cheque next week dfor the amount, I said cwe can take cards and take the payment but he was adamant that he was sending a cheque, also said he dosnt use the website but he is as he uploaded yesterday and then he said he had to go. Very fishy guy.

I have to call Kevin again tomorrow as I have to get him to pay tomorrow.

Kevins ph rang out no vm.

Kevin again did not answer my call and now I feel that he is avoiding my calls.

Kevin again has not answered my call so I will contact Ger about that.

Ger agreed with customer we would take 3 payments for 232.63 until arrears cleared. starting 01/04/15 then it would revert to 89.79 inc vat. also made payment of 200 towards arrears 120315)

We were forced to kick Kevin off the site for non payment and direct debits constantly not working. Called straight in the next day to get account on track. Owed a total of €628.53 inc vat in arrears up to yesterday. Paid off €200 by Visa card straight away leaving the arrears at €428.53.

Agreed to card being used as payment method going forward and agreed to break remaining arrears down over next 3 monthly payments. €142.85 per month for the next 3 months on top of standard payment of €73 + vat.

Mick has requested Alan C reinstates his e-mail and stock.

I was talking to Kevin and he said that he needs a Control Pqanel on his phone and I am asking Alan to do so.

Kevin said that he will be doing an upload next week.

Kevin said that he wants a control panel put on his mobile as he would find that easier. I will send Alan an email to get that done.

Was on the failed credit card list for September again.

Both myself and Colm have been chasing all month with no success. Has been updating stock a few times during the month without taking are calls.

Mick ran card through again and it worked. Paid up to date again for the time being.

Credit Card worked for the last 5 months and has stopped again. Didnt go through at all in Feb and was tried 3 times.

Have handed over to John to chase Kevin for new card details.

Had an issue with paying for April but explained we bill his account at the beginning of every month and would have everything up and running once we received payment.
