Mark had cancelled with us a few months back and went with Carzone. Didnt work out as he had hoped and he is back to us now. Coming back on board, replacement mandate in post and he will get his stock back up to date. Website and e-mail still working.

Followed up with Mark as we have not recieved mandate back yet. He thought his father had it sent and all but says its possible its not. Will follow up this evening and if its not sent he says he will get it sent across right away. Told him to call me and let me know once its posted.

Following up with Mark again, still no mandate in the post. He is adamant it was already sent out. Asked me to send another copy and he will get it sent out again today. Resent e-mail now.

Have chased Mark a few more times for replacement mandate and he was very apologetic today, promises he will come through this time and send it today. Well see!

Mark has promised me new DD is posted yesterday and we should have it shortly. It will restore my faith in human beings if it finally appears!

Still nothing recieved here, says he posted the mandate but he obvioulsy hasnt. Always a sob story, broken arm, dose of the flu always some reason. Think we may have to cut these guys off!

New dd mandate arrived in today, Mick in possesion. We will be taken arrears broken down over coming months.

Will revert back to €66 per month from November 2015 onwards- per Ger. Was paying €110 in order to clear arrears.

Spoke with Mark. Asked to be called back in the new year. Will consider in Jan.

Mark is again in arrears and is not responding to me. As of this morning, his Uploader access has been blocked and passwords for both email addresses have been changed:

Mark owes €531.85 so DO NOT give access to Uploader or emails until arrears are wiped. He has been given the link for online mandate on numerous occasions but always has an excuse for having not filled it in.

Mark paid €250 off his arrears via credit card. Switched back on @ 14.30. Am expecting to be switching him off again in a few weeks time.
