Noel Deasy cars was established in 1980 by Noel Deasy on the then current commons road, now New Mallow Road. From very humble beginnings, the business consisted of a new and used car sales outlet with the Alfa Romeo franchise. 

Noel Deasy Cars (LTD) was established in 1980. In 1983 Noel was awarded the Peugeot franchise for the Commons Road just at the right time when the new 205 was launched. In 1986 Noel built a new Shop and in 1996 an all-new Petrol Station and Shop were built. In 2000 the business moved to a larger site just behind the original location to facilitate a McDonald's drive-through. In 2005 a brand new Showroom was constructed on-site and the business was awarded the Škoda Franchise just as the Octavia MK2 hit the market. Škoda was the fastest growing brand in Ireland at that time. In 2015 the showroom underwent a major extension and redevelopment to house a more comprehensive range of new vehicles and to adhere to new Škoda Ci design standards. In December 2020 an all new service Centre for Skoda and Volkswagen was opened on the existing site.

The company has grown and changed so much since we opened the doors almost 40 years ago but in particular over the last 5 years. Furthermore, the Škoda product is a top tier brand in Ireland and that's set to continue with a revolutionary product portfolio that is well underway. Today the popular OCTAVIA is an icon for the entire brand and is constantly driving design development forward and that’s ever present in the all new Octavia 4. This is a very important year for the company as we celebrate 40 years in business. The launch of this car will coincide with our big birthday and the opening of our new development a brand new 12 bay workshop future-proofing us before the full electric range of Škodas including the all new Enyaq, the very first full electric Škoda unveiled in September 2020.
