Following up with Joe in regards to website over and over but keep saying he hasnt had time to look at it enough and is really busy. I will call you back is all I hear. Has 5 quality e-mail enquirys to this point.

Joe called in to cancel account. Reason being he is switching from retail to trade sales exclusively. Decision based on difficulty securing and selling retail stock with bad sterling rates. Threw kitchen sink at him to stay and also offered option of turing website into a trade site.
He said no to both, his mind is made up and nothing we can do to change it at the moment. Was happy with our service and would do business with us again but not at the moment. Advised Mick to cancel account, remove stock & website.
