Hi Ger

This came over to me as James had to go home sick, so I put the call in and got speaking to a guy called Fran who is now responsible for managing all the adverts.

Fran is only with this garage a 4/5 weeks but has been working for other garages before. The long and short of it is that Fran has only used Skupenet in the past and that is his primary preference.

He tried to talk a load of rubbish about having to upload multiple times and that somehow Seat Canavan was also linked to their adverts and he didn’t want this he just wanted the van centre on his adverts. I brought him onto CarsIreland and showed him that everything he was saying wasn’t factual (He said he’s never even looked at CarsIreland.ie). I told him we could do everything that he needed or that Skupenet could do.

So after trying to show him the benefits of staying on uploader and counter arguing his nonsense he came out and asked me whats the issue and I explained that firstly there is work involved in flipping and that there was no need we could facilitate what he required and secondly we are totally separate from Skupenet so whatever they are saying they can do it’s not us saying it. He said he wants to use Skupenet and I said well I’ll have to go back to you and see if we can facilitate it.

So over to you Ger do you want to facilitate the feed? This fella doesn’t want to use uploader and is very biased to Skupenet from a previous garage bu the looks of it.

Can you call them in the morning and see what logic behind this request is,

Find out why our existing feed out to Skupe for them would need to be changed in the opposite direction.
