John is signing by credit card initailly but if he is happy with our setup after the first 3 months he will be happy to sign a direct debit then. Sending across pre loaded control and intructions for David and will train him up on Saturday over the phone. Invoices very important to John, have asked Anthony to mail it to me directly on Friday once it is raised and I will send to John myself.
Gave John a follow up call to make sure himself and David are happy enough and also to highlight importance of keeping stock up to date. Reiterated how the sync button affects things etc etc. he is happy out, will metion to David to do a quick sync and will call me if there are any problems.
