advised Mike website was live and discussed email. he checks his @eircom one through outlook so we can setup [email protected] to run through this if he wants. he said he would prefer to stick with the eircom email for for the moment but would come back to us at the end of month if he wants [email protected] email setup.

Spoke to Mick and told him that his account hasn't beed synced in 37 days and to make sure that he sinks at least every 2 days - whether he adds/deletes stock or not.

Also pointed out that some cars have no pics or no prices which again will hurt his performance

Got a proper enquiry on a 2013 Fiesta for 12250 last Thursday.

Site traffic growing all the time. Last January had 36 visitors for the month in total, for the first 12 days of Jan 16 he alreay has 37 vistors. On track for 108 vistors for the month.

Pays 89 a month, keeps trying to cancel and is coming on and off the site. Need a sustainable rate. Was not avaialble when I called, left message in the garage.

Mike called me back, pretty adamant to cancel but I kept at him highlighting enquiry last week, growing site traffic etc. Offered deal at 70+vat per month as a sustaniable rate to stop this on/off streak. He is going to call me back tomorrow with a decision.

Convinced Mike to stay on, had to reduce rate to 73+vat in the hope of making him less price sensitive and implored him to ask his customers were they are seeing his cars because his site traffic is very good.

As part of staying on I have given Mike a number of tips on the ads, sync more regularly is one, increase photo number to a minimum of 8. Also making changes to dealer site, opening hours etc.

Made a number of SEO changes to try increase visitor numbers, total today is: 803

has added more photos as requested and updating more often. Has been rewarded with a quality e-mail enquiry and increase in site traffic will continue to monitor.

Yet again Mike is closing his account. Nothing that can be done with this guy he simply wont do any of the things he needs to to ensure the site works for him.

Wont value his dealer website either even though it seems to work very well.
