When I signed up John he was waiting on his computer to be fixed so I couldn't install a CP until that was done. I contacted him a number of times and he was to contact me whenever his computer was ready. I rang again last Friday and his brother told me that he has gone to Vietnam for 10 days.

His brother told me that he didn't want anything to do with the computer/uploading aspect of the business

This means by the time the garage gets set up it will be April and he will have paid a direct debit for March for no reason.

Spoke to John last week after numerous calls - he guaranteed me that he would call me with new credit card details. Tried again today but his phone just rings out.

He has got at least 14 quality email enquiries this month on stock that is now out of date. He has only 10 cars on CarsIreland but has at least 40 in stock.

I went through everything with him - the importance of adding fresh stock, syncing, photos and the Import Tool facility in collaboration with skupe net

I may need to call to him - we are working very well for him but he is not using our service efficiently. I made him aware already that he is losing out here.

Ger can you see if you get Munster Trade Sales paying us again. He appears to be updating his stock.

We have a credit card on file for him but it comes up as no longer authorised so its probably cancelled.

Arrears currently stand at 398.52 and the last time his card worked was July. Obviously if you can get a payment on the arrears and

another credit card he will count as a new win for yourself

Called John to explain I would be looking after his account going forward. Straight away can tell this guy is a chancer. Says he lost credit card a few weeks ago on a night out and had to cancel it. Says he is waiting on new card and if we are in a panic to drop in and he will give us cash.

Discussed DD but he pushed that away bigtime. Agreed I would call again this day week for new card details.

Is updating and getting loads of enquirys but cutting this guy off will have no affect.

Got speaking to a NEIL this time seemed to know about my plight. Said he was just with a customer but he had new card details and to give him a shout in the afternoon and would sort me out.

Is updating now again and getting loads of e-mail enquirys at least one a day.

Followed up with Neil, didnt have new card details as John never came in today. Explained this is going on since July and I need a solution this week.

Promised if I call tomorrow afternoon he will have card details, we will see!

Got Neil again this time, says John is not there today told him we would have to cut them off unless someone comes back to me.

He promises John will be here tomorrow and will sort it.

Well use to not paying these guys by their reaction.

Card failed again today. Arrears were at 398.52 in November. Has now missed November, December & January payments at €81+vat. €99.63 x 3 + €398.52 = €697.41

Told Neil that he would be cut off today if we do not have new card details. He said he will call me in an hour with the details.

If I dont have them by 5.30pm I will instruct Mick to cut everything off.

My best mate John has called me back with new card details eventually.

He owes €597.78 as it stands and site is currently down along with stock.

He is paying €200 of the account today to get it back up and running.

That will leave him owing €397.78, we will split that over the next 3 standard payments of €81+vat (€99.63 inc vat).

So paying €200 today and next 3 monthly charges will be €99.63 + €132.60 = €232.22 to clear arrears.

After 3 months it will return to €99.63 inc vat. He missed 6 full months in total.

We advise Mick to put site and stock back up once card payment is processed.

made payment of 200 on arrears and a plan to pay the rest off over 3 months. asked memphis to get site live and john is to phone me back in 10 min when he syncs john also has a special phone 0860873919

Site is live, stock is back, John is happy and knows he has 3 months worth of payments before arrears are cleared and he is back to normal payment.

latest card stopped working again. Called John up, no messing this time he supplied a new card right away and it worked.

Details given to Mick and we will use that card going forward.

John not interested in Extra Data and doesn't do finance. Possible for branding - will revert about that.

SW JOHN, 24 email enquirys from us this month alone and reckons he sells nothing from CarsIreland. Also reckons it will be easy for his brother to provide and update a much better website than what we have given him.

Says we are too expensive now since the price increase and DoneDeal is all he needs.

Lengthly argument were I spelled out reality to John but he is dillusional and would not listen to facts available.

Likely to be back to us before the end of January.
