Brian looks after the Control Panel. Won't be in the office until Friday afternoon.

On top of the lack of updates since January this account is also on the failed DD list. The existing DD has not worked since for 6 months.
On paper they owe, €656.82 but they have not used the site in that period so its unlikely we can reclaim this bad debt.
I have asked Anthony to cease billing on the account until further instruction.
First job first is still to get them updating and then we can tackle this issue.
