One of Peters dealers, DD has not worked for the last 3 months. Owes €328.41 and is still updating.
15 cars in stock and we provide dealer website. Signed up just before Peter left and at the time he noted no issues with this dealer.
2 e-mail enquirys in total.
Turns out the bank details we got for this man have never worked. Had a good chat with him though and I dont think it will be a problem.
Sending across a replacement mandate now which he will fill in and scan back. Said we can go ahead and take all arrears straight away its not a problem.
Had a chat with him about uploading stock adding photos of his recovery truck to his website etc. He is pretty into it, just slow to move as he is a busy one man show.
Gave him my contact details and explained I would be looking after him going forward.

Seems super genuine, I hope he is. Just off the boat from England, was at his uncles funeral since the end of last week. Got my follow up mail and promises he will have the mandate, filled in and scanned back by 1pm today. If he doesnt it looks like this guy is more of a joker.
New mandate in with new bank details, passed to Mick & Anthony.
Told us to take all money owed right away.
Alan wanted e-mail [email protected] setup and rooted through [email protected].
Alan C has called 10 + times trying to set this up but its yet to happen. Will continue to chase but ball is in Alan Murnane court.

On failed DD list again for €547.35, insuffecient funds. Adamant that account is fine and that the high amount is the issue.
Anthony is going to try €100+vat this month and if that does not work we will need alternative payment or cut off.
Called Alan to go through the failed DD and have sent through another one to be filled in and sent back. Also changed the email address to [email protected] as he no longer uses [email protected]
