Turns out the S/O from Pauls old account has been running all along. We have setup new DD and that brought the mistake to light.
He has obviously never cancelled the old s/o and is unaware. Because the new amount is higher its going to even out over time anyway so we will just leave it run for the time being and next time we have someone nearby in Munster we can get them to drop in and ask him to cancel old s/o.
Sent off the current website to Memphis to have it replicated. hadn’t updated stock in a while as he isn’t trading to much and is up to his eyes, have explained the benefits to regularly updating and Paul is all happy to do so shortly.
