Called the landline which just rang out. Called mobile number which was answered but before I could tell him who I was, he said they are closed on account of Covid-19. He told me the best thing to do was to send Keith an email.
I sent Keith the following and awaiting his reply:
Hi Keith,
Ricky here from CarsIreland.ie
I received your email from my accounts dept.
I rang looking to speak to you but the mobile was answered by your colleague, he said it would be best to email you.
As it stands right now, we are seeing dealers close their doors until April 19th, a date provided by the Taoiseach yesterday.
Your current subscription costs €244 +VAT per month which gives you access to your Uploader account, where the stock you upload then hits both CarsIreland.ie and your website.
We are looking to work with dealers during this period and I have two options for you:
Option 1:
For the month of April I can reduce your cost down to €70 +VAT which represents a 73% discount.
This cost will ensure that you have complete business continuity with no disruption and includes:
•Access to your Uploader account
•Your stock will still be displayed on CarsIreland.ie
•Your stock will still be displayed on your website which will remain live
•There will be no disruption to your emails either
Option 2:
If you cancel your service completely, access to all of the above will come down. Having an online presence is vitally important for any business, so if you choose to cancel altogether, your website/emails will come down too.
We are trying to keep everything going for dealers during this difficult time and we hope bringing your costs right down for April will work for you.
