Hi Mick
Finally got speaking to Lisa here this morning. As suspected she is just an
accounts agent instructed to cancel the account. I spoke to the financial
controller and they explained there was a new management team in the
business now. The new sales manager is Alan Abbott and he calls the shots.
When he came in he cancelled loads of their used car advertising including
us to cut costs.
She said they would not entertain continuing to use the service for the
moment as their sole focus is to reduce overheads. I accepted that not much
point talking to her. I waited and phoned back on a different number to
speak to the new man Alan but as usual he is not in the office today and
will be back Monday.
Il try him then but not looking like we have a great chance to save this.
Eoin our previous contact left the company 2 months ago.
