Colm: I was talking to John who said that he wont be doing an upload till the New Year, but that he will synch but that he dosent have much stock.
Colm: John told me that Michael will be doing the upload next week as their will be new stock.
Colm: John again said that Michael will do upload next week.
Colm: John said that the upload will be done this week.
Direct Debit for this dealer has not worked for last 3 months. Insuffecient funds is the error appearing. Amount of arrears built up on account is €328.41. This dealer has also not updated for 107 days and only 8 cars on the website. Colm has been chasing John about uploads and he keeps saying Michael will be updating soon. They also no longer exist in the location listed as Denis McKerring Prestige & 4x4 another client of ours is now in this yard.
Called John to see if he is still in operation in a new location and ask what is going on with the account. I got him on the phone but he said he couldnt talk to me. Will follow up again.
Michael is away on holidays and I was told by Tom that he wont be back for 2 weeks.
Is due a call Thursday.
I was told to call after lunch.
I was told by a guy that he will get Michael to call me.
Ger says this dealership has closed. have asked Anthony to remove a/c and wipe arrears
