DD has not worked here for last two months. Owes €218.94
Still updating away and have spoken to him a few times in the last couple of weeks so can only assume its a change of bank account.
22 e-mail enquirys last year. They came on board end of April so thats for 8 months.

It was a case of a changed bank account here. Few other querys to deal with but I am sending on a replacement mandate to Geoffrey now along with a statement of arrears which he will send on a cheque for.

Called Geoff chasing mandate and he said he sent it middle of last week. We should have had it Friday or at the latest Monday. We never got it in the office, so going to ask him to send a scan.
New DD secured and sent across from Geoff. New bank details. Passed to Mick and Anthony to look after.
Geoff agreed to the Finance form at €20 - sent to Memphis
New mandate that Geoff supplied did not work last month with insuffecient funds. We applied for €572 all in one go with his say so but it didnt get through.
Same bank details as they are correct. Re-applied this month at a third of that figure and if it works we will break down remainder of arrears going forward. Anthony will notify me as soon as he knows if its working or not.

Geoff agreed to a few cosmetic changes to the website to try and get more finance apps - sent instructiuons to memphis and will check back with customer later in June. As of today, they have 3 applicatons.
