Patrick said to call later today.
I called again looking for Emma or Patrick because they still haven't ok'd the website demo and they haven't added any new cars or synced in 64 days.
They are both unavailable until Monday - I will call them 1st thing Monday morning and put a definite plan in place.
I have been in contact numerous times in the last 2 months but still nothing has changed
Contacted again today - offered them my availability, suggested that they either find someone locally/relation etc who will come in, take photos of the cars and upload them. (They only have 10-12 cars in stock)
Emma is unavailable today so I spoke to Patrick and I've emailed him the website demo to his personal email account.
I've offered to co-pilot in or call to them to re-train on the control panel again - Patrick wants a call next Tuesday
I emailed Patrick last Friday to his personal email (at his request) with a demo of their website and recommendations on how to get started and active with his CarsIreland.ie account. I told him that I would call to him if necessary this week to re-train Emma and himself.
Just spoke to Emma and told her that I would be in Clare tomorrow morning and asked if we could meet. She told me that they are both going to Glasgow tonight to buy a truck and to look at more stock but she wants a call Monday morning (11/05) at 10.00 am to arrange a time that I can call next week.
She also told me the reason that she was unavailble last week was because her son had chicken-pox
Tried to get Emma again today, spoke to Dermot and asked when would be the best time to get Emma on the phone - he said ' that's the million dollar question'..
May have to call to Clare to salvage this account
